Japanese Style Sofa Table and Seats
This style has such a simple look. I made a high chair first in this style and my wife said, “you should make a table like that with two seats for our TV room.” At first, the way this is made I thought, no way. Getting the table’s legs to secure to the top was the challenge. But this is what makes building furniture so satisfying is figuring out to make something that you don’t start out with the know how, and when it comes together, it’s just such a great feeling. So far, this is my favorite piece. 
Modern Box Style End Table
A wood’s grain is mesmerizing. These modern style boxes are made out of Ambrosia Maple, it’s discoloration caused by a beetle and a fungus. The pictures don’t do it justice. I made a pair of these for an office my wife was designing, we liked them so much I made a pair for us.
